Affidavit Notarization

Affidavits are written statements that may require the signer to swear or affirm that the information in the document is true. We provide mobile notarization for affidavits and sworn statements at homes, offices, hospitals, businesses, and other agreed-upon locations.

Minor Travel Consent Form Notarization

A minor travel consent form may be used when a child is traveling without one or both parents or legal guardians. We can notarize signatures on completed travel consent documents and meet with you at a convenient location.

School & Enrollment Form Notarization

Schools, colleges, universities, and other educational organizations may require notarized enrollment forms, residency documents, affidavits, permission forms, or other paperwork. We can provide mobile notarization for completed school-related documents.

Bill of Sale Notarization

Some vehicle, boat, equipment, and personal property transactions may involve a bill of sale requiring notarized signatures. We can meet with the signer or parties at an agreed-upon location to complete the required notarization.

DMV & Vehicle Document Notarization

Quitclaim Deed Notarization

Need a signature notarized on a quitclaim deed? Call To Sign provides mobile notary services for prepared quitclaim deeds throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

The document should be completed before the appointment except for signatures and any portions that must be completed in the presence of the notary.

Property Transfer Document Notarization

We can notarize signatures on prepared property transfer documents when notarization is required. Mobile appointments are available at homes, offices, law offices, title companies, and other agreed-upon locations.

Real Estate Affidavit Notarization

Deed Notarization

Certain deeds and property documents require signatures to be acknowledged before a notary. Call To Sign can provide the notarial service for prepared documents but does not draft deeds or determine which type of deed should be used.

Power of Attorney Notarization

If you have a completed power of attorney that requires notarization, we can travel to the signer at a home, office, hospital, assisted living facility, nursing home, or other agreed-upon location.

The signer must be willing and able to communicate with the notary and meet all requirements for the notarization at the time of the appointment.

Trust Document Notarization

Trusts and trust-related documents may contain signatures requiring notarization. We provide mobile notarization for prepared trust documents, amendments, and related paperwork when a notarial act is required.

Living Will Notarization

We provide mobile notary services for completed living wills and other advance directive documents that require notarization. Appointments can be arranged at residences, hospitals, healthcare facilities, and other locations throughout our service area.

What to Have Ready for Your Notary Appointment

Before your appointment:
  • Have the document you need notarized available.
  • Complete the document where appropriate, but do not sign it beforehand if the signature must be witnessed by the notary.
  • Have a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID, such as a U.S. driver's license, state-issued ID card, U.S. passport, or other identification acceptable under Florida notary law.
  • Confirm whether your document requires witnesses. If needed, witnesses may be arranged when scheduling your appointment.
  • Check any instructions provided by the organization receiving your document.
