What is a field inspection?
A field inspection is an on-site visit used to document requested information about a property or business location. Depending on the assignment, this may include photographs, visible condition observations, occupancy information, measurements, or other requested documentation.
Are you a licensed home inspector?
No. Call To Sign provides non-technical field inspection and property documentation services. We do not perform licensed home inspections or provide evaluations of a property's structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, or other building systems.
Do you perform occupancy inspections?
We can perform assignments that require observations regarding whether a property appears occupied or vacant based on the specific instructions provided by the client. We document the requested observations rather than making determinations beyond the scope of the assignment.
Can you take photos of a property for me?
Yes. We can visit a property and provide requested exterior photos and, when access has been authorized, interior photos. Let us know exactly what you need photographed when requesting the service.
Can you inspect vacant properties?
Yes. We can provide photo documentation and visible condition observations for vacant properties when the assignment and access requirements allow.
Do you perform commercial property inspections?
We can complete non-technical field inspection and documentation assignments for commercial properties, including requested photographs, location verification, signage documentation, and visible condition observations.
Can you take measurements during an inspection?
Yes, for assignments requiring basic measurements that can be completed using standard measuring equipment. We do not provide surveys, engineering measurements, or measurements requiring specialized licensed services.
Will you enter a property?
Interior visits can be completed when proper access and authorization have been arranged. We will not enter locked, restricted, or otherwise inaccessible property without authorization.
Can you complete a client's inspection form or mobile app?
Yes. If your assignment requires specific forms, checklists, photographs, or submission through an inspection system or mobile application, provide the instructions when scheduling the assignment.What areas do you serve?
